Sub-processors
This is the current list of sub-processors Praktikal engages to process personal data on behalf of customer organisations. It is the list referred to in section 7 of the Data Processing Agreement, and it governs.

Hosting and storage of personal data take place within the European Union. The AI sub-processors process outside the European Union; those transfers are governed by section 9 of the Data Processing Agreement.
Changes to this list
Praktikal notifies customers at least 30 days before an addition or replacement takes effect, by email to the customer's designated contact. A customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period. If the parties cannot resolve the objection, the customer may terminate the affected service without penalty.
